Take your pick. Choose the site you think will drive the most affiliate sales in or be the most productive. You are assigned 1 PID as an affiliate and it applies to any site you place affiliate your links on. The website field is really just a reference point for them at this time.

I'm still trying to figure out a few things about the whole affiliate process. I still don't know how someone external to CP could benefit from the Affiliate program.

In addition to my cp shop I manage a few other content sites. Mostly just areas of personal interest - I use a few other affiliate programs (amazon, adwords) etc to generate a bit of income to cover my hosting costs. Lots of people do this.
So if I came across the CP affiliate program and found out I could make 20% of any sale I sent over to CP it seems worth it to me to give it a try.
So lets say that I was looking for products that suited my website about pagan spirituality and I came across your anubislair shop and really liked the products in it. I might create a link to your shop, to a product in your shop, to your shop or products in the marketplace.
If someone is visiting my site and clicks through to your store and buys one of your products -I just made 20% and it just became worth it to me to be an affiliate.
