Even when a customer calls us for the 5% off they will still complete the transaction online. All we do is give the client a promotion code to use during checkout , so rest assured that any affiliates that have customer coming through will get their commission.

I just called it (3:30 Vegas time): "You're calling to get the 5% discount code sir? Unfortunately, there's no one in the office right now. You might want to try calling them in the morning"
If I was a customer, you just lost a sale. And the affiliate who did the hard work of sending me to your site, just lost a commission
