Well... I did a little readup and couldn't get the Missouri stuff....
Seems the Missouri State Senate needs to get a little more capacity... Their website is all "timeout" land... No doubt a pile of "Special" interests are all trying to download the Missouri Sales Tax overall overhaul stuff too....
Either that or the politicians are hiding behind a downed webserver thinking everyone will forget what they're up to...

The Missouri Senate website is back up again. Identical bills were introduced in both the State Senate and House. There is no specific mention of Affiliates, Internet Sales Taxes, etc. In other words, Missouri will still consider Nexus to be what it is today. Which isn't good for affiliates since Missouri Government thinks that they can, should, and in actuality do make queries of affiliates in fishing expeditions trying to create Nexus.
